Walking Street and Beach Road are pedestrian-only after 18:00 in season. If your hotel is inside the pedestrian zone, the driver will park at the nearest exit (Soi Pattayaland / Beach Soi 13–15) and meet you at the entrance.
Main exits from the city are Sukhumvit Road and Motorway 7. To Suvarnabhumi (BKK) the toll expressway runs without traffic lights — on a normal day it's 1 h 40 min. To U-Tapao we take the quieter provincial road.
From outer districts (Pratumnak, Jomtien, Naklua, Wong Amat) add 15–20 min to pickup time — in-city traffic in rush hour and ongoing Sukhumvit roadworks happen regularly.

How much does a transfer from Pattaya cost?
Price depends on the destination and car type. To U-Tapao Airport (UTP) — from THB 1050, to Suvarnabhumi (BKK) — from THB 1250, to Don Mueang (DMK) — from THB 1750, to Bangkok — from THB 1650, to Hua Hin — a long cross-country trip, quoted individually. Where does the driver meet me in Pattaya?
Right at your hotel or the address you provide — at reception or by the building entrance. The booking confirmation includes the car number and the meeting plan. If your hotel is inside a pedestrian zone (Walking Street, Beach Soi 13–15) or in an outer district with tight access — we'll agree on a convenient pickup spot in advance via support (thaigo_help_bot).
Can you pick me up from a beach or restaurant, not the hotel?
Yes — pickup from any address within Greater Pattaya: a Beach Road parking lot, a Jomtien restaurant, a Pratumnak café, the Central or Terminal 21 mall — all good. Just provide the exact address or pin in the booking. Main thing is to make sure cars can drive in (some beach access points have barrier gates).
Can the driver stop in Sriracha or Naklua on the way?
Yes — add the second address in the booking comment. A short stop along the route (5–10 min) is usually free. For a proper stop with a 30+ min wait or a detour, we re-quote individually — message support before booking.
What if my flight from BKK is early — leaving at 4 am?
No problem, we operate 24/7. At night Motorway 7 is empty and the trip takes 30–40 min less than during the day. The driver arrives 5–10 min before pickup and waits at the hotel. If your hotel is locked at night with a keycard — let reception know in advance so they can let you out.
