U‑Tapao Airport

From U-Tapao we run three destinations: to Pattaya (40 km) — from THB 1,100, to Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and to Don Mueang Airport (DMK). This is a flat per-car rate, with no extra charges for luggage, night hours or traffic. Exact prices by car type — in the «Where travellers go from U-Tapao» block above: they're pulled live from the system and always up to date.

Right in the main arrivals hall, at the exit from the baggage claim area. U-Tapao is a compact single-terminal airport — there's no separate Meet & Greet zone, the driver stands with a Thai Go name sign in the same hall as friends and family meeting passengers. Hard to mix up — your booking name is on the sign.

60 minutes from the plane's actual landing — we track the flight automatically by its number. Delays are common on charter flights, but they don't trigger extra fees: the pickup time shifts automatically. If the delay exceeds an hour, message support and we'll work it out individually with no penalties.

The minibus (~THB 250 per passenger) waits until it's full — up to an hour, then stops at every hotel along the way, 40-90 min total. The official counter taxi (~THB 900) is dispatched in queue order, the queue during charter arrivals stretches 20-30 minutes, and there's no advance booking. A Thai Go transfer arrives at the booked time, no waiting, no transfers, and the price is for the whole car (not per passenger) — often cheaper if you're a couple or trio.

Three classes: Comfort (up to 3 passengers and 2 luggage pieces) — Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Nissan Teana, Mazda 6, Toyota Corolla; Minivan (up to 4 passengers and 2 luggage pieces) — Toyota VAN, Toyota Commuter, Hyundai Staria, Nissan Urvan; Minibus (up to 9 passengers and 5 luggage pieces) — Toyota Innova Crysta, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota SUV, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Isuzu MU-X. All cars come with air conditioning and bottled water onboard.

Online payment only at booking — currency exchange is available in the small terminal but the rate is poor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus SBP and MIR cards from Russian banks. The exchange rate is locked at payment. Tips are optional, in cash or by transfer.

Message support at least 3 hours before the original pickup time: we'll reschedule the booking for free or refund in full. For charter flights we keep contingency for common reschedule scenarios — reach us on Telegram thaigo_help_bot or at help@thai-go-trip.com.

From the meeting point of view — no. Both international and domestic passengers come out into the same arrivals hall, and the driver waits in the common zone with a name sign. The only difference is that domestic arrivals exit faster — no immigration. We calculate the pickup time from the plane's actual landing, so we meet you on time in both cases.
