Suvarnabhumi Airport

Price depends on the destination and car type. To downtown Bangkok — from THB 950, to Pattaya — from THB 1,300, to Hua Hin — from THB 2,400. This is a flat per-car rate (not per passenger), with no extra charges for luggage, night hours or traffic. The standard meeting point is the Arrivals Hall of the Main Terminal (Level 2), between Exits 3 and 4. Our manager will be waiting there with a Thai Go name sign. If your flight arrives at SAT-1, simply follow the signs to the free shuttle train — it will take you to the main building, to the immigration and baggage claim area.

60 minutes from the plane's actual landing time — we track your flight automatically. This is more than enough for immigration and baggage claim. If anything goes off-plan, message support and we'll work it out individually.

If your flight is delayed, the driver will arrive at the new time with no extra fee — we track flight status automatically. If the flight is cancelled or you reschedule, message support at least 3 hours before the original pickup time: we'll reschedule the booking for free or refund in full.

Three classes: Comfort (up to 3 passengers and 2 luggage pieces) — Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Nissan Teana, Mazda 6, Toyota Corolla; Minivan (up to 4 passengers and 2 luggage pieces) — Toyota VAN, Toyota Commuter, Hyundai Staria, Nissan Urvan; Minibus (up to 9 passengers and 5 luggage pieces) — Toyota Innova Crysta, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota SUV, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Isuzu MU-X. All cars come with air conditioning and bottled water onboard.

Online payment only — bookings are created after the payment is processed, so paying the driver in cash on arrival isn't possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus SBP and MIR cards from Russian banks. The exchange rate is locked at payment with no hidden fees or surcharges on the ground. Tips are optional and can be given in cash or by transfer.

The price quoted at booking is final. It already includes all incidental costs: tolls on expressways (Highways), the airport parking fee, and waiting time in case of flight delay. We charge nothing extra for luggage, night hours, or public holidays. Air conditioning and bottled water in the cabin are also provided at no charge.

When booking, enter the number of the last flight — the one arriving at Suvarnabhumi. We track that flight's status and the driver will meet you at the actual landing time. If there's a baggage re-check between flights and the exact arrival time in the hall is unclear, add a note at booking and we'll take it into account.
