How much does a transfer from Bangkok cost?
Price depends on the destination and car type. To Suvarnabhumi Airport — from THB 800, to Ayutthaya — from THB 1300, to Pattaya — from THB 1650, to Hua Hin — from THB 2150. This is a flat per-car rate (not per passenger), with no extra charges for luggage, night hours or traffic. Where does the driver meet me in Bangkok?
The driver comes directly to the hotel or to the address you provide — at the reception or by the building entrance. The booking confirmation includes the car number and the meeting plan. For addresses on tight Sukhumvit sois or Chinatown alleys, we'll agree on a convenient pickup spot in advance via support (thaigo_help_bot).
Tolls — who pays?
All toll expressways (Tollway, Motorway 7 to the airport and Pattaya, Motorway 81 to Hua Hin) are included in the transfer price. The driver pays at the booths, no on-site surcharge. Airport parking fees are also included.
Can the driver make a stop along the way?
Yes — add the second address in the booking comment. If it's along the route, a short extra stop is usually free (up to 15 minutes). If the address is far off the route (across the city, through traffic) or out of town, we'll re-quote individually — message support before booking.
What if the car gets stuck in traffic and I'm late for my flight?
We calculate the pickup time with a buffer for typical rush-hour traffic. If the road situation suddenly worsens, the driver will message you and suggest an alternative route (we know the bypasses through Lat Krabang and On Nut), and support can voice-call the crew. For BKK departures we strongly recommend allowing at least 3 hours from the city centre in rush hour and 2 hours at night — that's the buffer against any road anomalies.
Can I pay with a Russian card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus SBP and MIR cards from Russian banks. Online payment only at booking, the rate is locked at payment. Tips are optional, in cash or by transfer.
