A Thai Go private transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya is the fastest way to reach the resort without transfers: 140–150 km via Motorway 7 or the Bang Na Expressway, on average 2–2.5 hours on the road. The driver picks you up from your hotel lobby at the scheduled time, the fare and all tolls are locked at booking, payment by card (Visa, Mastercard) or via SBP from Russian banks.
From central Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Silom, Pratunam) to Pattaya is 140–150 km. The main route is Motorway 7 from the Srinagarindra interchange in the south-east; under heavy traffic drivers often pick the Bang Na–Trat Expressway as an alternative. Both are tolled, both rejoin the Sukhumvit highway before entering Pattaya.
The average drive is 2–2.5 hours. The main delay factor is getting out of Bangkok itself: during rush hours (07:30–09:30 and 16:30–20:00) the inner expressways can eat an extra 30–40 minutes. After Motorway 7, traffic usually clears. In a transfer all Tollway and Motorway fees are already in the price — no cash payments at toll gates.

The Pattaya hotel address is shared with the driver in advance. That matters: Pattaya hotels are spread across a large footprint (Naklua, Central Pattaya, Jomtien, Na Jomtien), and without a pre-locked drop-off a taxi driver can easily overshoot by 5–10 km.
If you need to pick up passengers from several points (for example, en route from Sukhumvit via BTS Thong Lor), add it in the booking comment. Short stops along the way to Pattaya on request are also possible.
Intercity buses and minibuses to Pattaya run from the Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai) or Mo Chit. The ticket is ฿120–170, travel time ~2 hours, but the full experience is: get from your hotel to the terminal (BTS/MRT + taxi, 30–60 minutes), buy a ticket, wait for departure, then on arrival in Pattaya transfer to a songthaew or a taxi to your hotel. Total 4–5 hours with two to three transfers.
A Bangkok city taxi (Public Taxi) typically won't run the meter to Pattaya — drivers propose a "flat" fare and negotiate before boarding. On top you pay ฿150–200 cash in tolls at Motorway and Tollway gates. In rush hours many drivers simply refuse intercity runs altogether.
A quirk of the Bangkok taxi fleet: most sedans are converted to LPG/NGV fuel, and the gas tank eats half the boot. With two adult suitcases and kids' bags, part of the luggage ends up on your lap in the cabin.
